Who we are

This website, ghurairtrading.com, is operated by Ghurair Trading Company (“GTC”, “we”, “us”), Mecca Street, Amman, Jordan. GTC is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and our online store.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details (products, quantities, amounts paid).
When you create an account: your name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and your order history.
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your contact details and the content of your message.
When you browse the site: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

We do not collect or store your bank card details. If online card payment is offered, it is processed by the payment provider on its own secure systems.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Jordanian tax and commercial law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
